Please take a look at just some of the many compliments we receive from our neighbors.
I enjoy living in College Park because it is close to school. I like that I can park my car in front of my house and that for the price, the living space is large.
I enjoy living in College Park because it is in walking distance to the campus. All my friends live around me and we have no one living on top of us. The best part is all the utilities are included.
I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the Beaver Creek at College Park community. I lived there for 2 years while attending college. It was a very smooth transition from the dorms to off-campus living and a very professional experience with the leasing process. Thanks so much for make it easier for me to attend college while living on my own for the first time.
Parking at my front door was very convenient and I never had a problem finding a parking space. I rented a 4 bedroom duplex that had a full-size washer and dryer and our kitchen had all large appliances. It even included a dishwasher. The units are renovated after each lease expires and that makes it nice when you move in because you know everything is working and no phone calls have to be made to get something fixed like my friends had to do at another place. Beaver Creek at College Park is a great place to sleep, study and party!
Me and my roommate leased a unit after our freshman year of living on campus and were so impressed that we were 100% certain that we would
stay until we graduated 2 years later. Very close to the back gate at CCU so we didn't need a campus parking permit. The home is very spacious and clean and all for a great price. I highly recommend Beaver Creek at College Park and be sure to lease early in March if you are a student looking to live off campus.
The property managers are wonderful. The buildings and grounds are cleaned daily. Anytime we had a maintenance issue, it was taken care of quickly. My parents loved the idea that I could walk or ride my bike to school each day and that all my neighbors were also college students. I created life-long friendships and memories living at Beaver Creek at College Park.
